Q: What areas do you serve?
A: We serve all of Los Angeles and surrounding areas, including Downtown LA, Hollywood, Inglewood, Santa Monica, the Valley, and more.
Q: What type of services do you offer?
A: We offer:
- Local deliveries (home and business)
- Large store pickups (IKEA, Home Depot, Costco, etc.)
- Apartment & small moves

🕒 SCHEDULING & AVAILABILITY
Q: How far in advance should I schedule my delivery or move?
A: We recommend booking at least 24 to 48 hours in advance, especially for weekend service. Same-day may be available depending on location and time.
Q: Can I schedule a specific time for my delivery?
A: Yes. We offer flexible time windows, and you can select a time that works best for your schedule.
Q: Do you work on weekends?
A: Absolutely. We offer deliveries and moves 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends.
🚛 MOVING & DELIVERY DETAILS
Q: Can you deliver large or heavy items like furniture or appliances?
A: Yes! Our vans are equipped to safely transport large items, and our team is trained to handle them with care.
Q: Do you offer packing or wrapping services?
A: We protect all items using moving blankets, straps, and shrink wrap at no extra charge. We do not currently offer full packing of boxes.
Q: Do you offer help with stairs or apartment buildings?
A: Yes. We handle tight staircases, small elevators, and narrow hallways every day.
Q: Do you disassemble and reassemble furniture?
A: Yes, we can disassemble basic furniture such as beds, tables, and desks. Let us know in advance if you need this.

Q: How much do your services cost?
A: Pricing depends on the size of the job, distance, and any special requirements. We offer flat-rate pricing with no hidden fees. Contact us for a quote!
Q: Do you charge extra for stairs or long carries?
A: Only for buildings with 3 or more flights of stairs or unusual access situations. Most deliveries and moves within standard conditions are included in the base rate.
Q: How do I pay for my service?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, Zelle, and cash. Payment is made upon schedule service.

A: Yes. Our team is trained, experienced, and always arrives in uniform and with the proper equipment.
Q: Is my furniture or equipment protected during the move?
A: Absolutely. We use professional materials and techniques to ensure everything arrives in the same condition it left.
Q: Do you offer junk removal or old furniture disposal?
A: Yes, we offer eco-friendly junk removal services. We recycle when possible, and dispose of the rest responsibly.
